Here we have a set of forming jigs that we have made for the purpose of forming Perspex windows for the side door glass , rear quarter light glass and the rear screen for the Alfa SZ. The tools are hand formed 3mm aluminium plate which has been screwed and bonded to a wooden eggbox frame for rigidity.
